The seven principles for achieving peak performance

The seven principles for achieving peak performance

On behalf of the Peak Performer Foundation, Christopher Spall, together with Dr. Christian Grams, both managing directors of the Peak Performer Foundation, addressed the Rotary Club Bayerwald-Zwiesel. The core of the presentation was the genesis of the seven principles for achieving peak performance – and how they are passed on to children and young people through the Peak Performer Foundation. This led to an exciting discussion with the Rotarians about what skills we should be giving our kids today and how this can involve school and home.

“These seven principles, summed up by over 30 top performers from the German-speaking world, are also my principles. They are the key to my success. That’s why I want to pass on these very teachings. They can help kids grow from within and form their own identity. That’s why I’m committed to the Peak Performer Foundation with all my might. We want to make a difference not only for organizations and leaders, but also for our kids. Why? The leverage on the world of the day after tomorrow is simply much greater.”

Authentic self-development in three steps

Personal branding is commonly translated as self-marketing. The inspirational lecture for the Marketing Club Rhein-Mosel e.V. on May 10, 2022 made it vividly clear that much more is at stake.

And that is about making the best self tangible and developing a compass for how people can grow from within themselves. All those who do not want to approach the crucial questions of life in an esoteric or superficial way received valuable advice on how to use their own identity for more meaning and success.

The lecture was peppered with stories. Stories of travels between Franconia and San Francisco. And stories of people who have found their own way – with the 3-step ID process. From the shoemaker to the development manager. From the CEO to the lawyer.

The special feature: The lecture only required a single PowerPoint slide. On this stand written in large letters: “What do you unmistakably stand for in a single sentence”?

Three practical tools for strong brands in the post-Corona world

Three practical tools for strong brands in the post-Corona world

Corona has not fundamentally changed everything. But a lot of things mixed up. How do brands strategically position themselves during this time and take advantage of the push for tomorrow’s innovations? Questions that are not only relevant for the start-up “MC E-Bike”. This lecture provides concrete answers. And he shows how brands can authentically use the topic of sustainability as “the new premium” for themselves. All brand builders also get a guide on how organizations can find a compass in times of change – for more clarity and appeal to customers, employees and applicants.

“Inspiring to the point. Tailwind and a sense of optimism for our MC E-Bike brand.”

mobile.de-Forum for digital automotive trade: Keynote “Brand identity as a compass in the digital age”.

How can local car dealers build their own attracting dealer brand in the digital age? And how do you deal with the issues that digitization brings with it? Christopher Spall was on hand to talk about this at the “mobile.de Weckruf! – Forum for Digital Automotive Trade” on November 10, 2016 in Würzburg. Medium-sized companies are desperately looking for practical tools to manage their brand – with a view to the digital rules of the game – to ensure success.

Using the condensed guiding question – “What do you unmistakably stand for in a sentence?” – Christopher Spall demonstrated the necessity of invoking one’s own identity. This is because it can prevent price from becoming the only differentiating factor for car dealerships. It can also provide a compass for dealing with the megatrend of digitization.

With this message, the introductory lecture took on a lighthouse function for the following topics of the day. Because, starting with the purchase of vehicles and ending with the loyalty of the company’s own customers via various channels: A company’s own identity provides the framework for its actions and decisions. It represents the basis of all activities around a strong dealer brand.

The subsequent presentation by Ms. Nauen proved the practicality of Christopher Spall’s remarks by enriching them with current and creative examples from the everyday life of her family’s car dealership. In particular, she addressed how her family business makes the difference to competitors through the values it lives by – noticeable in the atmosphere. With regard to digitalization, she addressed the industry’s uncertainty about which channels and tone to use to communicate as a car dealership. The answer to that? Gives you your brand identity.
