From CEO to crisis expert for people and technology: 3 questions for CEO Thorsten Logemann
On LinkedIn, I already felt
after a short time,
that my “identity”
resonates with people.
The interview with Thorsten Logemann was conducted by Fabian Gärtner.
That suits me 100%.
What surprised you most during the development process?
First of all, the process itself surprised me. The basis of personal branding is a comparison of how I see myself and how others see me. How do I see myself and how do five people from my closest environment see me? The external image was enormously appreciative. I pull it out again and again and draw strength from it.
What surprised me even more was how much benefit I got from the short time and was still able to feel it: This fits me 100%. I also had this feeling with the LinkedIn presence that Spall.macht.Marke developed from my identity.
I would particularly advise
younger managers
to do personal branding
at Spall Brand Identity Consultants.
What are your specific takeaways from personal branding?
I learned a lot about myself. Spall thinks along with the process. They managed to guide me to concrete results with a lot of open discussion and support in the workshop. By alternating theory and practice paired with impressive methods, they manage to get to the heart of identity. At the end, I had the feeling that I had found the right conclusion.
In my everyday life, I use the brand I have developed in many interviews – be it with customers or new employees. I particularly notice this when working with people. Nowadays, you can no longer work alone in the world of work. If I can clearly state what I stand for and what drives me at the start of a collaboration, it makes working together easier. And I have a clear compass for my content on LinkedIn. After a short time, I felt that my “identity” resonated with people.
I learned a lot
about myself.
To whom would you recommend personal branding conducted by Spall Brand Identity Consultants and why?
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a lot about themselves and get to the heart of the matter. You need the openness to deal with yourself. As the feedback in the external image is anonymous, there could also be tougher assessments from the close environment. I would advise younger managers in particular to do personal branding with Spall.macht.Marke. The compass you are given would have given me the direction I often needed in my development.
If I can clearly state at the start of a collaboration
what I stand for and what drives me,
that makes working together easier.
Mr. Logemann, thank you very much for the friendly interview and your openness.
