My story
The road from corporation to brand development for SMEs
I started my professional career at Siemens AG when I was still studying business education.
Probably the most important lesson learned during my studies: How to convey complex concepts to make them easy to understand, always from the other person’s perspective. This ultimately allowed me to coach management staff and teach training sessions even before I completed my degree.
But I realised quickly: Having to motivate participants of mandatory trainings day in and day out is exhausting, and it stifles creativity and drive.
Inspiring people with shared experiences
It is very important to me to work with people who are pursuing the same goal. Or – perhaps more accurately – who have the openness to develop a common goal and work toward it. Because I am sure: Honest success can only be achieved together.
Based on this conviction, I have been working as an ID brand consultant since 2020, supporting organisations and individuals on their path to a strong brand, from identity development to implementation in day-to-day business. I particularly enjoy planning and hosting inspiring events, such as brand experience days, kick-offs and brand coach training sessions.

Path finder – not just for companies
It’s not only at work that I help companies find the right path. I have been an active member of the German Pathfinders Association since I was eight. When I was a kid and later as a teen, it was mostly about having fun and camping. Today, my work for the DPSG focuses on training young adults to earn their Wood Badge, and I have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences For instance, I am in charge of organising large national camps with up to 1,000 participants all over Bavaria.
My most formative experience: A three-week journey of discovery with the GirlGuides of South Africa through their homeland.

Apart from my commitment to the Pathfinders, I love to play host to my friends on weekends and surprise them with ambitious culinary delights. As with the multi-faceted identity projects with organisations, the success or failure of these cooking and baking projects often hinges on small details. I very much enjoy trying new things, which sometimes also means to fail and learn.
But anyway: A colleague swears that I make “the best stone-baked pizza you can get on a balcony in Nuremberg”.
